Your Role as a Trainee Educator
As a valued member of our passionate team, you will:
* Learn how to deliver engaging, high‐quality early childhood programs.
* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Build strong relationships with children and families.
* Be guided in recognising children as confident, capable learners.
* Collaborate with experienced educators in a warm, respectful team environment.
What You Will Need
* A willingness and motivation to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* A current (or willingness to obtain) Paid Working with Children Check/Blue card.
* A kind, curious and collaborative attitude
