What You'll Bring
* Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Aged Care or Community Services
* First Aid and CPR Certificate (desirable)
* Experience working with and adhering to budgets
* Experience in home care packages, case management and care planning
* Understanding of aged care standards and consumer directed care
* Computer literate (Word, Excel, email, internet)
* Current driver's licence
* Exceptional customer service skills, with both internal and external customers
