Compensation
$110,000 to $130,000 full‐time rate annually (subject to experience).

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Blast & Paint Supervisor to lead our field team based in Brisbane, supporting projects across the Defence Solutions portfolio. This hands‐on leadership role involves delivering high‐quality outcomes safely, on time, and fully compliant with contract and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and manage a team of field‐based painters/blasters.
* Drive Eptec's Zero Harm safety culture across all works.
* Oversee project delivery including task planning, risk assessments and quality control.
* Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet compliance and quality benchmarks.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
* Champion continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications
* 23 years experience supervising blast & paint, remediation or waterproofing works.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Technical expertise in surface preparation, coating systems, hazardous substances and QA/QC.
* NACE Level 2 certification (preferred but not essential).
* Background in defence or infrastructure remediation highly desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing site documentation.
