We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Office Admin Support. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, who enjoys supporting a busy office and helping drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Responding to emails and phone enquiries
- Cold calling and following up with leads to book meetings for our sales team
- Managing and updating our CRM system
- Supporting daily office operations, including reception duties, meeting room setup, and supplies management
- Handling mail, parcels, and general office administration
- (Preferred) Providing basic IT and helpdesk support, including computer/laptop setup
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Organised, reliable, and proactive approach
- Basic IT knowledge is an advantage, but not required
