We seek on their behalf a dedicated Administrator and Document Controller to join their Jandakot based operation with a focus on supporting the Site Services team.
Key Requirements
* Previous administration experience (minimum 2 years) essential
* Previous document development and document management experience (minimum 2 years) essential
* Previous purchasing and invoicing experience highly regarded
* Aptitude for technology with experience in multiple software applications and/or business information systems (SAP, Excel, Word)
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently on individual assignments or team projects without direct supervision
* Effective analytical problem‐solving skills
* Ability to prioritise workloads
* Strong time management and organisational skills
Main Accountabilities
* Update existing documentation to meet the internal document and records management process requirements
* Liaise with accounts receivable to ensure prompt invoicing of customers
* Raise purchase orders
* Prepare and submit job calculations and customer invoices for service work (utilisation of SAP and client portals)
* Capture actions and minutes from site related meetings
* Work unsupervised
