Total Tools Mildura is looking for a Full Time Retail Warehouse & Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
This position will suit an organised and detail-orientated person, ideally with previous experience using an inventory system. You will have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Previous goods receiving experience is essential to exceed in this role.
Responsibilities
* Warehouse Operations
* Receiving and storing goods, whilst maintaining a safe working environment
* Monitoring and overseeing inventory control
* Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
* Maintaining store storage and ensuring a safe and organised warehouse
* Building of stock & pre-starts – e.g. Trolleys, Air Compressors, Generators, etc.
* Processing and maintaining customer orders
* Assisting on the sales floor from time to time
Qualifications
* Current Forklift Licence
* Methodical and well organised
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a great team player
* Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
* Physically capable of lifting up to 30kg
* Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
* Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
* Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
* Previous experience working within a warehousing role
