Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Admissions Officer to deliver efficient and effective administrative and clerical support within our facility. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth experience for patients, staff, and visitors—both over the phone and face to face.
In This Role, You Will:
* Manage the admissions process, including checking in patients and verifying documentation
* Receive, review, and process admission requests
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date patient information
* Assist with waitlist management and support smooth patient flow within the unit
* This is a Monday to Friday role with times ranging between 6:30am to 4:30pm
