Site Manager
Lead daily operations at renewable energy sites, championing safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Building a Zero Harm culture through safe work practices
* Coordinating site activities and documentation
* Supervising technicians and contractors
* Ensuring compliance and reporting
* Managing subcontractors and procurement
* Overseeing technical delivery from start to finish
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years in O&M for utility‑scale solar or renewables
* Electrical qualification (Diploma / Degree preferred)
* Electrical licence (state‑specific), LVR / CPR, First Aid
Electrical Technician
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing inspections, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
* Developing SOPs and training others
* Leading safety compliance and recordkeeping
* Supporting installations and emergency response
Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience in electrical maintenance
* QLD electrical supervisor / contractor licence
* Driver's licence, LVR / CPR, First Aid
