The Opportunity
This is a new product launch with a first‐in‐class breakthrough medication for patients suffering from long‐standing treatment‐resistant depression (TRD). You will work in partnership with key clinicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other stakeholders within specialized mood treatment centres, and with a highly experienced cross‐functional team. Reporting to the National Business Manager, Mood, you will lead the Vic West territory by developing tactical account plans to grow your business and contribute to the strategic business strategy.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state.
* Deliver the therapeutic Mood sales objectives and targets through cross‐functional collaboration.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with target customers.
* Impart highly technical information to key customers.
* Implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow the Mood business in your territory.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong ability to uncover customer needs, act on insights, and adapt your sales approach to suit individual customers.
* High level of business acumen and proven ability to adopt a Key Account Management approach with the business and customer base.
* Strategic mindset with sound competitor awareness.
Qualifications
* Territory degree or equivalent.
* Successful sales track record, ideally selling to specialists and other stakeholders.
* High level EQ that facilitates working well autonomously and as part of a team.
