Join Logan Hospital as a Clinical Nurse (Nurse Grade 6) within the Peri-Anaesthesia Service on a Permanent or Temporary Part-Time basis, where you'll provide advanced clinical care, leadership and support across a dynamic peri-operative environment.
About This Role Role
* Providing advanced clinical assessment, care planning and coordination for patients with complex care needs
* Delivering expert anaesthetic nursing care while ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality
* Leading and supporting nursing staff through mentorship, clinical guidance and role modelling
* Coordinating resources, workflows and patient care activities to optimise service delivery
* Contributing to quality improvement initiatives, audits, research and evidence-based practice
* Supporting education, professional development and clinical learning within the team
About You
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in anaesthetic nursing practice
* Strong clinical decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
* Proven ability to lead, support and develop nursing staff within a multidisciplinary environment
* Experience contributing to quality improvement, clinical governance and patient safety initiatives
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with patients, families and colleagues
* A commitment to person-centred care, professional excellence and continuous learning
