What is the role?
In this role you'll be given the opportunity to use your creativity, introduce new and unique offerings and take charge of the wine list.
Working closely with the management team you'll lead and inspire our floor staff and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service aswell as driving revenue and cost results.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
* previous Sommelier experience within a similar high-end restaurant environment
* enjoy working with extensive wine lists
* be an inspirational team leader with a proven track record
* a passion for providing our guests with an outstanding experience.
We're looking for someone who will bring something new to the team Someone who will challenge the status quo and put their new ideas forward to create something amazing.
Of course a business acumen and experience in managing the financials is important, but what matters most to us is having a Sommelier who lead the team to deliver outstanding wine service.
