An exciting opportunity is available for a Production Supervisor to join the FUWA K-Hitch team in its Kenwick location.
This is a permanent position working in our new Kenwick facility.

What you'll be doing
* Supervise and coordinate the work of the production team to meet targets and deadlines.
* Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency.
* Assist with Warranty & Q&A investigations.
* Provide training, support and mentorship to production staff to develop their skills.
* Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production workflow.
* Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality and environmental regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to align production with wider business objectives.
* Assembly of various types of Semi-Trailer Axles.
* Fabrications of Truck & Trailer Fifth Wheel Assemblies.
* Pre-Assembly of Spring and Airbag Suspensions Components.
* General Welding.
What we're looking for
* Significant experience (5+ years) in a production/manufacturing supervisory role.
* Strong working knowledge of production processes, machinery and quality control.
* Excellent communication, leadership and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
* Relevant qualifications in manufacturing, engineering or a related field.
