What You'll Be Doing
* Creating high-quality learning and care experiences that support each child's wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate experiences that inspire curiosity, exploration, and joy
* Observing, documenting, and celebrating children's learning to inform intentional teaching
* Maintaining safe, organised, and inviting environments where children feel secure and valued
* Building strong, respectful partnerships with families through open communication
* Working collaboratively with a growing team committed to reflection and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
* Experience in an early childhood setting, with confidence working within best-practice frameworks
* A strong belief in teamwork, respect, and community
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A positive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to contribute to growth and change
* A genuine passion for early learning, children's development, and nurturing environments
