What Your Days Could Look Like
• Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflows
• Supporting the sales team from listing through to settlement
• Preparing contracts, sales documentation, and marketing materials
• Coordinating open homes, client meetings, and inspections
• Proofing and approving marketing content
• Booking and managing advertising across print and digital channels
• Managing communication between clients, solicitors, and key stakeholders
• Updating and maintaining property listings online
• Tracking sales performance and assisting with reporting
• Handling post-sale administration and compliance
• Coordinating photography, floorplans, signage, and campaign materials
• Preparing brochures, signboards, and online marketing collateral
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
• Previous experience in real estate office management or sales administration
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration – essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence working with CRMs, property platforms, and contracts
• A calm, proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail
• A genuine passion for supporting a busy, high-trust team and running an efficient, professional office
• Trust accounting experience – highly advantageous
