Demonstrated experience in delivering services across NDIS and community programs Strong clinical understanding of client care, risk, and quality frameworks Demonstrated ability to build and scale service delivery operations Strong financial and commercial acumen with P&L responsibility Proven experience managing and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Position description has 2 main functions A & B - A - NDIS Team Manager 80% of your time - Manage 8 Direct Reports who in turn manage 200 people collectively each of the 8 managers are 95% self-sufficient meaning they are very low maintenance: Care Managers, Clinical Leads, Coordinators, Support workers, CHO and Admin Team & B - Client Liaison 20% of your time - In short, organize 3-4 weekly coffees with Aged Care and NDIS people referrers using the company credit card of course. Basically, drive out and have a coffee and a strawberry cupcake or two with NDIS and Aged care people referrers. These referrers are all associated with vast numbers of aged and or NDIS people. Develop partnerships with hospitals, support coordinators and community stakeholders, Discharge planners, RSL clubs, Physio Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Retirement Villages, NDIS Aged care planners. Example - Meet with retirement village managers – Why? To build and develop a referrer relationship. The End Goal? A Retirement village manager manages a village of 400 residents. A resident must be at a minimum age of 55 years to reside in a retirement village, they go in active and still Disco Dancing, however when they reach their mid-80’s and 90’s they are less agile and struggle in performing basic duties such as cleaning, cooking, driving, climbing trees and a number of other daily and weekly necessities and requirements. Once they reach this point they have two options. A. move out and away from their friends and independence into an aged care facility, or B. allow our team to provide these needed services for them allowing them to remain independent and with their friends and its all completely government funded.
