Job Title: Enterprise Systems Engineering Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and directing a team of Systems Engineers focused on enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of System Engineers to achieve business objectives and exceed quota responsibility.
* Develop technical account plans to maximize Fortinet opportunity while providing value-added solutions to enterprise customers.
* Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/educate customers on issues ranging from features, specifications, and functionality to integration.
* Work closely with Systems Engineers and Account Managers to maximize primary business focus and serve as team leader responsible for the quality and success of Technical resources in Enterprise Accounts.
* Develop relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
Requirements:
* 5-8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineering manager.
* 5-7 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
* Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.
* Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and anti-virus technologies.
* Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in network security industry, MBA preferred.
