Role Overview
Join Bunnings as a Trade Specialist to provide the best experience to our trade customers. You'll manage a diverse client portfolio of residential builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more, while contributing to your warehouse's commercial growth.
Responsibilities
* Provide our customers with the best experience, focusing on trade products.
* Maintain customer management and quoting systems.
* Generate future sales leads and maintain relationships within the local area and local organisations.
* Work as part of a supportive, inclusive team that makes a difference in the community.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service and administrative based role.
* Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems, including emails, quoting and CRMs.
* Detail‐oriented with a professional approach.
* Confident in reaching out to, connecting with, and communicating with customers.
* Genuine interest in trade products and an eagerness to learn more about products and services.
* Act with integrity, be safe, and do your best.
* Account management and sales experience is heavily encouraged.

* Full‐time role with flexibility to work weekends and weekdays.
* Adult pay rate of $30.74 per hour for individuals aged 18 and over.
