Accounts Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and collating data.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Entering invoices, recording invoices into bills, and reconciling supplier accounts.
* Raising invoices, providing front-line customer service, and investigating and resolving customer queries.
* Bank and credit card reconciliations for designated companies.
* EOM close and reporting on AP/AR for designated companies.
* Effective communication with other team members in the shared services division and financial management team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* The ability to be adaptable and proactive.
* Knowledge of AP/AR procedures and competent Microsoft suite skills.
* A working knowledge of MYOB, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, Sharepoint, Excel, and Expense Me.
