Apprentice Parts Interpreter Role
This role offers a comprehensive training program in automotive parts and customer service, enabling you to develop essential skills and knowledge to excel in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying their parts requirements over the phone, via email, or in person.
* SOURCE AND LOCATE PARTS FROM OUR INVENTORY OR SUPPLIERS, ENSURING ACCURATE FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY.
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels to ensure the inventory system stays up-to-date.
* Collaborate with the sales and service teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
* Develop a strong understanding of various automotive systems and their components.
