About the Role:
Join The Renal Network and make a difference in the lives of patients across the ACT and Southern NSW. We deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care for all stages of renal impairment, from dialysis and transplantation to supportive care and clinical research. We are seeking a Renal Supportive Care Nurse to provide expert clinical advice, lead the development of care plans for patients with complex needs, and collaborate closely with families, nephrologists, GPs, palliative care, and allied health teams.
In this role, you'll shape clinical practice, contribute to education programs, and bring research into action while helping to guide the future of renal supportive care. Based at Canberra Hospital, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday in a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centred care.
