The Role – Where Leadership meets Creativity
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind it all – the energy on the floor, the strategist behind the scenes, and the leader your team looks up to.
You Will
* Lead with passion, presence, and personality – setting the tone for unforgettable service
* Inspire and develop a high‐performing team that genuinely loves what they do
* Elevate the guest experience through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail
* Drive performance across revenue, costs, and operational excellence
* Oversee daily operations across restaurant, in‐room dining, and events
* Manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability
* Ensure brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence are consistently achieved
* Build strong relationships with guests, team members, suppliers, and the local community
* Shape a culture where people feel motivated, supported and proud to belong
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
* Have proven experience managing food & beverage operations in a hotel environment (minimum 2 years)
* Have a charismatic and hands‐on leadership style that energises and inspires
* Know how to create a buzz – with strong local market awareness and creative thinking
* Stay cool under pressure and keep the team focused, positive, and driven
* Balance ideas with strong commercial acumen
* Have a creative mindset balanced with strong commercial awareness
* Have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering consistently exceptional experiences
* Are flexible and ready to embrace the rhythm of hospitality (including evenings and weekends)
