Part‐Time / Casual Position
GLADMAC Electrical is a growing local electrical and air conditioning company looking for a motivated and professional Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, marketing, and helping drive business growth. You will play a key role in improving customer experience, strengthening relationships with property managers and clients, and helping promote the GLADMAC brand across the region.

About The Role
This role will initially be approximately 8–12 hours per week, with flexibility around days and hours for the right applicant and opportunity for additional hours as the role and business continue to grow.
Duties may include:
* Client and property manager communication
* Following up quotes and customer enquiries
* Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions
* Social media management and content creation
* Assisting with review generation and customer follow‐up
* Supporting day‐to‐day office and client relationship systems
* Helping improve customer experience and brand presence
* Assisting with business growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
The ideal applicant will have:
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence speaking with customers and property managers
* Basic marketing and social media experience
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Professional presentation and phone manner
* Experience in administration, customer service, marketing, or sales is highly regarded
