* Community Engagement: Support clients in staying active and engaged through tailored programs.
* Life Skills Coaching: Help clients build confidence and capabilities in areas they love.
* Personal Care: Provide respectful and compassionate hygiene support.
* Behaviour Support: Use positive strategies to meet individual needs and follow behaviour plans.
* Family Communication: Keep families informed of progress updates.
* Transport Duties: Transport clients to and from programs using our vehicles.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and progress notes.
