We're looking for a Regional Operations Leader to join our Cloncurry team.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of operations—solving problems in real time, leading people on the ground, and keeping our services running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications
You're a practical, people‐focused leader who can balance operational delivery with strong judgement and communication.
* Experience in operations leadership within heavy industry, logistics, rail, or similar
* Ability to solve problems quickly and make sound decisions in dynamic environments
* Experience in incident investigation and operational accountability
* Confidence managing conflict and having courageous conversations
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust across teams and customers
* Commitment to safety leadership and Zero Harm principles
Nice to Have
* Certificate IV / Diploma in Frontline Management
* Rail or yard operations experience
