The company is on of the leading media groups globally who operates in over 140 countries and services its clients through a portfolio of specialist teams that span media, strategy, digital, data consulting, programmatic buying, performance marketing, mobile, out of home and geolocal, social media, experiential, entertainment and sport.

**Key accountabilities**:
- Support clients with marketplace onboarding
- Provide clients with insights, recommendations based on marketplace
performance
- Support brands on by developing and implementing strategies to optimise performance and processes
- Deliver all assigned ecommerce projects, on time and on budget
- Analyse client performance to identify and develop recommendations and strategies to accelerate growth
- Support clients with short-term secondments, working inhouse and/or remotely
- Attend ecommerce and digital marketing conferences, expo's, workshops and lunch & learns to continue developing skillset
- Participate with inter-agency "education" of ecommerce, and be responsible for preparing and presenting best practices, case studies and examples of ecommerce strategies
- Network and work collaboratively with the relevant teams within the company
**About You**:
- 2+ years experience managing ecommerce activity, in a brand, retailer or agency
- Experience working directly with or for Amazon
- Experience with other marketplaces highly regarded (eBay, Everyday Market 'Woolworths', Cartology, Marketlink 'Bunnings')
- Intermediate knowledge of Analytics Platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics)
- Hands on experience within Amazon platforms (Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon Partner Network, Amazon Ads)
- Experience across ecommerce platforms highly regarded (i.e. Shopify, BigCommerce, Emarsys, Klaviyo)
- Robust understanding of digital marketing activity (i.e Amazon Advertising, Criteo, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business)
- Ability to compile and analyse sales data and metrics, provide actionable insights and make decisions
- Excellent project-management and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask with ease
- Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in an efficient and self-sufficient manner
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making, organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Data driven and highly analytical
