4-8 years PQE – Projects and/or Construction lawyer
Laity Morrow is an Adelaide based law firm providing premium transactional legal services. We often act on our clients' most demanding and complex matters and have been involved in some of the State's most innovative and transformative projects. Our Projects and Construction lawyers assist clients to manage 'front-end' risks for interesting and strategic development, construction and infrastructure projects. We work with government, principals, contractors, sub-contractors, developers and project managers to guide projects from inception through to completion.
Why work with Laity Morrow?
Our culture. We maintain a high-performing, harmonious and enjoyable working environment by ensuring a respectful, supportive and collegiate team approach to all things. We work without silos, individual billable targets and other barriers to a collaborative culture, which commonly arise in traditional law firm structures. We have a transparent and team-based approach to clients and client work; no-one 'owns' or is responsible for any client, relationship or matter for financial reward purposes.
Our clients. They are generally large and sophisticated users of legal services. They trust us with their complex, interesting, valuable and strategic transactions and they build respectful, collaborative relationships with our hands on senior lawyers.
Our clients expect consistently technically excellent, proactive, pragmatic, strategic and cost-effective legal services. And we deliver – we have a proven track record of providing outstanding legal services and developing mutually beneficial longstanding client relationships.
