We empower more than 4,000 venues to fill empty tables, increase foot traffic, and maximise revenue. We are a 150+ person scaleup, growing fast, with roots in the hospitality and tech space.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

* Be part of an innovative company shaping the future of dining
* High autonomy and ownership over your market — you run WA & SA like your own business
* A collaborative, high-performance culture that rewards results
* Staff discounts and dining vouchers to enjoy through EatClub
* Clear career progression as EatClub scales in Australia and internationally

A Day-in-a-Life of our Regional Manager - WA & SA

This role focuses on building a team that consistently wins, coaching and directing a team of Account Managers, and making strategic decisions to grow revenue and reduce churn in WA & SA.

You start the week reviewing how your team’s book of business is tracking, retention, deal quality, and revenue risk. You lead eight account managers with direction and coaching. You step in to resolve escalations and help close them out.

Mid-week, you join planning with Sales and Marketing. You know WA & SA well—the postcodes underperforming, demand dynamics, and venue segments at risk. You translate on-the-ground knowledge into clear direction for the team’s focus.

The rest of the week includes pipeline reviews, one-on-ones with your AMs, and commercial decisions requiring your sign-off. You keep the team motivated, accountable, and moving.

What You’ll Do

* Coaching and developing a team of 8-10 account managers through pipeline reviews, ride-alongs, and structured one-on-ones
* Owning the WA & SA book of business — tracking revenue, retention, churn risk, and team performance against targets
* Escalating and resolving complex venue or commercial issues that require senior judgement
* Partnering with Sales and Marketing to share city-level insight and align on where effort should focus
* Identifying underperforming venues or postcodes early and driving the team to intervene before churn happens
* Setting the standard for how account management is done in WA & SA — the process, the quality bar, the culture

Projects You’ll Work On

* Sales + AM alignment: working with the Head of Sales to improve handoff quality and align prospecting focus with where the marketplace needs supply
* Team capability uplift: identifying skill gaps and building a structured coaching program that measurably improves retention and deal outcomes
* Local campaign readiness: ensuring WA & SA venues are set up ahead of marketing pushes — right deal structures, timing, and volume to convert demand

You Have

* Proven experience leading a sales or account management team (5+ people), owning a revenue or retention target
* A strong track record of hitting commercial targets and driving a book of business
* Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team, maintain high performance, and handle difficult conversations
* Comfort working across functions and influencing Sales and Marketing without owning those teams
* Experience in a high-growth or marketplace environment (hospitality or tech experience is a plus, not a must)

Nice to Have

* Experience in hospitality, food tech, or marketplace platforms
* Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM for pipeline management
* Experience managing a commercial territory at a city or state level

You Are

* A natural team leader who sets clear expectations, invests in development, and backs the team when it counts
* Commercially sharp — understands what drives revenue and identifies where risk hides
* Direct and clear — provides feedback with context and resolves ambiguity
* Action-oriented — makes decisions, moves the team, and adjusts as needed
* Genuinely curious about the market — wants to understand why a postcode underperforms

Impact

If you do a good job, WA & SA will be EatClub’s highest-performing markets. Your team will be engaged and productive; venues will be retained, performing well, and growing, with you having visibility to that impact weekly. You may also grow with EatClub as it scales into new cities and markets internationally.
