Their services range from boundary surveys to large-scale subdivisions and have previously worked on exciting projects such as Howard Smith Wharves.
About The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Survey Manager and Managing Director, the primary purpose of this position is to accurately define property boundaries and follow land ownership laws, which involves identifying, re-establishing, or creating residential or rural boundaries for land subdivisions. The day-to-day work would involve calculations, field surveys, data reductions, and liaison with clients & site managers, office surveyors and draftspersons. Fieldwork would also include identification surveys, subdivisions and more.
About You:
3+ years of Cadastral Surveying Experience
Qualifications as a Graduate or Associate Surveyor looking to proceed to full Cadastral Registration
Registration as a Cadastral Surveyor with the Surveyors Board QLD
Knowledgeable in the use of survey equipment use (e.g., total station, SPS, etc)
Knowledgeable in CAD/survey packages
Experienced in Cadastral (Urban & Rural) Civil Construction
An Industry Blue/White induction card
A current driver's license
You will also have:
