Job Title: Health and Security Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to form part of our multi-disciplinary care team, supporting the delivery of safe, patient-centered care to a diverse population. The role involves general assistance in wards, portering patients within the facility/campus, undertaking cleaning duties and security duties as required under the direction of clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the provision of person-centered care in a healthcare environment.
* Working with people from diverse backgrounds and having a friendly and respectful approach.
* Performing physical tasks including lifting and transferring patients.
* Managing conflicts and aggressive behavior.
* Working independently or as part of a team and being flexible with rostered shifts.
* Following instructions, policies, and duty lists.
Requirements:
* Current NSW Security license (Class 1A minimum).
* Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) First Aid Certificate.
* Ability to work a 24-hour, 7-day roster.
* Unrestricted drivers' license and ability to drive/travel as required.
