Our client is a well‐established and highly regarded multidisciplinary accounting and advisory firm seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their growing Business Services team.

The Opportunity
Working closely with an experienced Director and a collaborative team, you will manage a diverse client portfolio across a range of industries while playing a key role in supporting clients with their ongoing business and taxation needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, and compliance work
* Managing a portfolio of business services clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Assisting with business advisory and strategic client projects
* Mentoring junior accountants
* Working closely with the Director on client matters and business development initiatives
* Identifying opportunities to add value and support client growth
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* 4+ years experience within Australian Public Practice / Business Services Accounting
* CA or CPA qualification (completed or nearing completion)
* Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Experience using Xero and cloud‐based accounting systems
* A genuine interest in developing your advisory capabilities
