Role Overview This is a hardcore recruitment role. We are hiring a Lead – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition who specializes in sourcing, evaluating, and closing high-quality talent across Consulting, Technology, and Digital Marketing.
This role demands someone who can:

Work directly with leadership
Deliver talent consistently in a high-growth consulting environment
You must have 3–5 years of pure recruitment experience with a proven record of closing niche and high-demand roles.
Key Responsibilities 1. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
Own end-to-end hiring across all major verticals
Build strong, proactive talent pipelines
Execute fast and structured hiring processes
Maintain strong closure rates and deliver within timelines
2. Consulting Recruitment (High Priority)
Hire Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Project Managers
Evaluate analytical skills, problem-solving ability, communication clarity, and consulting fit
Manage continuous hiring for consulting due to ongoing demand
3. Technology Recruitment (Junior to Senior)
Hire Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product talent
Understand tech stacks (Python, Django, Next.js, Node.js, AI/LLM engineering, system design)
Coordinate technical rounds and ensure high-quality assessments
Hire for SEO, performance marketing, content, and social media roles
Evaluate portfolios, campaign performance, traffic growth, and marketing depth
5. Recruitment Operations & Leadership Coordination
Manage multiple roles simultaneously with clear priority alignment
Build strong candidate experience across all touchpoints
Communicate tightly with leadership for role expectations and hiring decisions
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience (mandatory)
Proven success in Consulting + Technology + Digital Marketing hiring
Strong command over sourcing and headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
Ability to close niche and senior roles with precision
Technical & Functional Understanding
Familiarity with consulting skillsets
Understanding of modern tech stacks
Exposure to digital marketing profiles and metrics
Soft Skills
High ownership and urgency
Excellent candidate evaluation and negotiation skills
Ability to operate in high-speed, high-growth environments
Strong communication and process discipline
