We're looking for a commercially sharp, hands‐on Park Manager to take the reins at Rockhampton, one of Central Queensland's strongest operational tourism parks.

The Role
You'll run the park like it's your own. That means:
* Leading a team of approximately 35 staff
* Leading multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping & Grounds
* Taking pride in our product: 106 cabins & 70 sites
* Driving revenue, occupancy, and operational performance (the park currently sits around 84% occupancy)
* Coaching and empowering department leaders
* Owning the guest experience end‐to‐end

About You
Ultimately, We're looking for a commercial leader who has previously:
* Run a park, hotel, resort, village, or accommodation site
* Managed budgets, occupancy, and commercial performance
* Built standards... and held them
* Coached leaders and know how to get the best out of people
But more than anything, You take ownership.
Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records. Additionally, a valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state is required.
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
