Responsibilities
* Receipt/analysis and resolution of incident reports
* Monitoring of customer systems
* Implementation of changes and configurations
* Escalation of complex problems to a senior engineer
Experience and Skills
* Good knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies as well as security
* Experience in an IT support role is an advantage
* Cisco CCNA certificate or comparable knowledge
* Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Business communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
