About the Role
We are currently looking for a Brisbane-based Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of high-profile commercial projects.
This role is ideal for someone with administration or construction-related experience who is looking to build a career in project coordination.
Key duties will include:
- Supporting the coordination of window shading and window covering systems for large-scale projects
- Helping with project scheduling, timelines, and reporting activities
- Maintaining project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and variations
- Assisting with procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking materials
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics teams
- Preparing documentation such as invoices, production orders, packing slips, and shipping manifests
- Supporting installation administration and preparing progress reports
- Helping prepare weekly updates including progress reporting and cost monitoring
- Assisting in project delivery processes from commencement to completion
