Local Chef, Chef Supervisor and Head Chef – Karratha, WA

Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 per annum.
The Role
* Prepare and cook buffet style dishes across all sections while adhering to dietary standards and guest preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols.
* Collaborate with culinary staff and adapt to different situations in the kitchen while consistently delivering exceptional service.
* Take charge of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service.
* Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
* Maximise stock utilisation and maintain cost‐effective operation.
* Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day‐to‐day service.
The Person
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
* Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting.
* Able to pass pre‐employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance.
