Today, KeepCup is sold across Australia, the UK and the US through both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're investing in our digital ecosystem and looking for a commercially minded Digital Growth Manager to help drive the next stage of DTC growth.
About the Role
This is a newly created role responsible for growing and optimising KeepCup's digital experience.
You'll own the customer journey across ecommerce, CRM, SEO and digital acquisition, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention and customer lifetime value.
Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you'll help shape our digital roadmap and turn insights into measurable growth.
What You'll Do
Ecommerce & CRO
* Own website performance and optimisation
* Improve conversion, AOV and revenue per session
* Optimise customer journeys across site, cart and checkout
* Lead site merchandising, product discovery and CRO testing
Paid Digital
* Own paid digital strategy and agency management
* Brief campaigns, launches and trading priorities
* Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
* Support budget planning and forecasting
CRM & Lifecycle
* Own CRM and lifecycle strategy across email and SMS
* Manage segmentation, automation and customer journeys
* Improve retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value
SEO
* Lead SEO strategy with external partners
* Identify opportunities to grow organic traffic and revenue
Analytics & Growth
* Monitor key digital performance metrics
* Translate insights into actionBuild a culture of testing, optimisation and continuous improvement
About You
You'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in ecommerce, digital growth or performance marketing
* Strong Shopify experience
* Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
* A solid understanding of CRO, customer journeys and ecommerce best practiceExperience managing agencies and external partners
* Strong analytical, commercial and project management skills
