Customer Service Representative – Join the Team at Winthrop Australia
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience across the full sales journey - from initial enquiry through to post-sales support.
Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing sales team, you'll provide responsive, solutions-focused support that ensures our clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their partnership with Winthrop Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other communication channels
* Assist clients with product, pricing, and general enquiries
* Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders
* Proactively follow up on outstanding quotations to support conversion
* Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
* Work closely with Business Development Managers to meet client needs
* Collaborate with internal teams (including logistics and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
* Accurately enter and manage sales orders within our ERP system
* Support provisioning, billing enquiries, and general sales administration
* Stay up to date with current technology trends and product offerings
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, customer-first mindset
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Previous experience in ICT, sales support, or a similar customer service role
* Product knowledge of end user compute products (Microsoft Surface, HP & Apple)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
* 2+ years' experience in a technology or customer-facing environment (preferred)
