Job Title: IT Service Desk and Support Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Service Desk and Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective service desk support for IT issues to all employees across multiple locations.
* Diagnose and resolve issues within assigned network access levels, escalating unresolved problems as necessary.
* Log issues and resolutions to aid in reporting, trend analysis, and ensuring seamless customer service within the team.
* Maintain computers, networks, and IT resources efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Manage telecommunications (mobile phone replacements) and electronic infrastructure (printers, copiers, end user devices), ensuring minimal downtime, and supporting regional IT champions and equipment during site visits.
Requirements:
* 1+ years' experience in IT support, including network services, Windows/iOS devices, and remote desktop in a WAN environment.
* Strong hardware installation and basic fault-finding skills, with experience in managing small IT projects.
