Your responsibilities:
* Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high-quality dishes.
* Maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene and food safety while fostering a positive work environment.
* Work with the team delivering high-quality dishes with efficiency and flair under pressure.
* Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies.
* Helping to develop and train the next generation of culinary stars.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Trade qualification
* Full working rights within Australia
* Be able to work a varying roster including some weekend work
* Pride in producing exceptional food with impeccable presentation/attention to detail
