About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide assessment, rehabilitation, and case management services for clients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and acquired brain injury (ABI). Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will develop tailored rehabilitation plans, support positive client outcomes, and collaborate closely with families, insurers, and key stakeholders.
This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced clinical reasoning and deliver evidence-based, person-centred care within the NSW iCare, CTP and WorkCover frameworks.
About You
You are a qualified Speech Pathologist eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia, with experience in neurological rehabilitation, particularly TBI and/or ABI. You have strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and clinical decision‐making skills, along with experience in rehabilitation planning and case management.
Knowledge of NSW iCare, CTP and WorkCover schemes is highly regarded, as is Approved iCare/Lifetime Care Case Manager status or willingness to obtain it. A current NSW driver's licence is required.
