About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression while ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day running of our front desk. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing all incoming inquiries and directing them appropriately
* Welcoming clients and members warmly and professionally
* Handling retail sales, payments, and customer transactions
* Overseeing diary management and general admin duties
* Maintaining entry control and monitoring facility access
* Ensuring all tasks are completed during each shift to the highest standard
* Upholding high customer service standards at all times
Work Schedule
This role operates on a rotating roster and may include the following shift times:
* Morning shifts: Between 4:30 AM and 1:00 PM on weekdays
* Afternoon/evening shifts: Between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM on weekdays
* Weekend availability: Alternate Saturdays or Sundays may be required
