Responsibilities
Collaborate with F&B management leaders to execute day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and Bar.
Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed guests' expectations and Heartist Service philosophy.
Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique, and enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations and events.
Control beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
Operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
Qualifications
A creative flair and a natural ability to generate ideas to make our functions memorable.
Experience in food & beverage operations and events roles within the hotel industry.
Experience in Conference & Events an advantage.
The ability to work within a team and build rapport with all departments in the business.
Highly organised self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
Projects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to think on their feet and solve problems.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English on a business level; additional languages are a plus.
A high standard of grooming and presentation.
Availability to work on a seven-day rotating roster of AM and PM shifts.
