Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team providing care in medical, surgical, and rehabilitation settings.
The Role
* Comprehensive patient assessments including personal care, domestic and community ADLs, home environment evaluation, cognitive and functional physical assessment as required.
* Development of personalized treatment interventions with regular progress monitoring to meet patients' complex needs.
* Collaboration with the leadership team and other caregivers to design and evaluate inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy programs.
Regular review of patient plans and outcomes through multidisciplinary team meetings ensures optimal care delivery.
