Competitive Executive Salary + Super + Incentives
At Servco™, we’re not just another facilities and trade services organisation — we’re building a smarter, faster, and more professional future for the industry. As a high-growth, vertically integrated group operating across Australia, our mission is easy: Professionalise the Trades.
We’re now seeking an exceptional General Manager (GM) Corporate / CFO to lead Servco’s corporate and financial functions — driving scalability, compliance, and financial performance as we expand nationally and beyond.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is the strategic and operational guardian of Servco’s financial health and corporate backbone. You’ll oversee all back-office functions — Finance, HR, Legal, and Office Management — ensuring the right structures, systems, and governance are in place to support Servco’s next stage of growth.
As a key member of the executive team, you’ll shape the organisation’s financial strategy, capital structure, and compliance frameworks — while building a scalable corporate platform to support a rapidly expanding, multi-trade business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance function — including capital structure, reporting, risk, and compliance.
Oversee HR strategy — ensuring we attract, train, and retain top-tier talent.
Direct Legal and compliance activities to safeguard business operations.
Manage the HQ environment, IT systems, and office infrastructure.
Build a functional managerial hierarchy across all corporate services.
Foster relationships with auditors, financiers, and regulatory bodies.
Design and lead Servco’s Risk Management Framework.
Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Service, and Operations leaders.
About You
You’re a strategic and commercially grounded executive who thrives in high-growth environments. With a mix of corporate rigour and entrepreneurial agility, you bring credibility, composure, and clarity to complex business challenges.
What you’ll bring:
CA/CPA qualified, with 10+ years in senior financial leadership (CFO or equivalent).
Experience in a high-growth, services-based or multi-site business.
Proven background in financial strategy, capital management, and governance.
Prior tenure with a Big 4 audit firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG).
Experience leading other corporate functions (HR, IT, Legal, Compliance) is highly regarded.
Degree qualified (ideally with a Master’s in an analytical field).
Who You Are
You lead with integrity, confidence, and analytical precision. Calm under pressure and commercially sharp, you balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution. You take pride in building systems that scale and governance that endures — empowering your peers to make bold, well-informed decisions.
Executive seat in a high-growth, multi-trade organisation.
Opportunity to shape capital strategy and long-term enterprise value.
Collaborative, forward-thinking leadership culture.
Be part of a mission-driven organisation that’s redefining the trades industry.
