Role: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Overview
A 12‐month contract offering the stability of full‐time work with the flexibility of a modern hybrid working model. You will have a high‐visibility, career‐growth opportunity to apply your HR/ER expertise to drive value across EBOS' diverse ANZ portfolio. The role is based in either Western Sydney or Melbourne within a fast‐paced, supportive, high‐performing HR team.
What you will do
* Coordinate, coach, advise and support leaders on all operational HR and project requirements.
* Advise managers on structuring and building capability within their teams.
* Support people capability building across business units through workforce planning and organisational change.
* Update, implement and communicate HR policies, practices and procedures.
* Provide advice to managers on ER/IR matters in consultation with stakeholders.
What we are looking for
* Generalist HR experience in a similar role, working with diverse stakeholder levels across business units.
* ER/IR experience in operational and corporate, enterprise‐wide workplaces.
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.
* Ability to achieve results through consultation, advice, facilitation and influence.
* Pragmatic problem‐solving skills.
* Agricultural to work efficiently, with agility, and at pace in a dynamic environment.
* Professional and effective communication style.
