The Role
Our Structural team in Charlestown is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Structural Draftsperson to join the team. The role is based in our Charlestown office with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
Reporting to the Structural Drafting Group Manager, the primary focus of this role will be to successfully plan and complete assigned drafting projects within agreed budgets and deadlines, consistent with company and project standards. The ability to consistently produce quality documents in agreed time frames will be key to successfully performing this role.

The Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with the following qualities:
* Previous experience as a lead or Senior Structural Drafter within an Engineering Consultancy - local experience highly valued
* 5+ years Revit structural experience
* Local experience in Structural Steel, Precast and/or Reinforced concrete buildings
To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
* Dedication to project success and delivery - show us some projects you've completed that your passionate about
* An interest in BIM and technology related to construction
* Strong communication skills - tell us how you work with others to get the job done
* Experience or interest in mentorship to Drafters completing their traineeships - does passing on your knowledge and experience give you a thrill?
