About Eltee Sydney
We make periodwear for active girls aged 8-16 that supports them through sport, school, and everything in between. Our research with more than 2,300 Australian girls found that 63.9% have skipped sport because of their period. We're here to change that, and community is at the centre of how we do it.
The Role
This is the person who owns our community and partnership relationships end to end - online and in person. From first contact through to active, reordering accounts, you'll manage the full pipeline of on-sellers, clubs, associations, and community organisations we work with. You'll also be the face of Eltee at events around Australia, and the person keeping our online community connected and active.
You'll own:
* Lead assessment and approvals in Massy (our onboarding platform)
* The partnerships inbox (************@elteesydney.com.au)
* Relationship management in Folk CRM, including pipeline stages, notes, and account activity
* Day-to-day comms with on-sellers and community partners
* Outreach and initial engagement with approved applicants
* Proactive account management: keeping on-sellers informed about new products, restocks, and seasonal updates so Eltee stays front of mind in their stores and communities
* Identifying strong accounts and supporting their growth toward Partner tier
* Supporting community sponsorship and contribution requests in line with our framework
* Managing Eltee's social media community - engaging with followers, responding to comments, and keeping our online presence active and on-brand
* Contributing community-based content to the social media content calendar, sourced from real events, real families, and real sporting environments
* Attending sporting events across Australia to connect with our communities in person
* Running Eltee's event stalls nationally - you'll be the key person on the ground, representing the brand directly to the girls and families we exist for
* Building Eltee's presence and profile on the Central Coast
What We're Looking For
You're organised, clear and confident in your communication, and comfortable owning a process without being told what to do every step of the way. You know how to keep a relationship warm without being overbearing, and you understand that a well‐timed update about a restock or a new product can do more for an account than any amount of check‐in emails.
You're also comfortable in front of people. At an event stall, you're not waiting to be approached - you know how to start a genuine conversation with a mum or a coach without it feeling like a pitch. And when something good happens in the community, you know how to capture it and turn it into content worth sharing.
You'll suit this role if you have:
* Experience in partnerships, account management, or community relations
* A track record of managing active accounts, not just onboarding them
* Comfort with social media community management and a basic instinct for what makes content worth sharing
* Strong written communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities at once
* Genuine enthusiasm for sport, active girls, and grassroots community environments
* Flexibility to travel around Australia for events, including some weekends
* Willingness to travel around Australia for events as needed
* A current licence and reliable transport
* A willingness to learn and make this role your own
