A Talent Acquisition Officer is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. He/she is also responsible for assisting in the hiring process by providing administrative support, organizing candidate and assisting with new hire onboarding.The Talent Acquisition Officer will work closely with their Supervisor to ensure they have a diverse and qualified pool of individuals.
