Job Description
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across Mid‐Market to Enterprise level customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long‐term partnerships.
* Visit clients on site across Sydney for presentations and pitches.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised financial solutions to meet client needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
* Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional networks.
Qualifications
* A strong background in the Professional Services industry, ideally with experience with another outsourced service provider.
* Proven ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
* Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
* Experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
* A proactive and self‐motivated approach to achieving targets and goals.
