Jump Inn Craft Beer Bar and Restaurant is looking to employ a Head Chef for our onsite bar/restaurant. This position is on a full-time basis with a generous salary for the best candidate.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Full-time Head Chef with minimum 2 years of experience and an unshakable passion for Asian cuisine (preferably Asian Fusion).
* Lead and inspire a creative kitchen team of 4-6 members (depending on season).
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth functioning.
* Create and develop enticing menus that keep customers coming back.
* Maintain calm, collected, and even-tempered leadership under pressure.
* Possess exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
* Demonstrate menu costing expertise and supplier knowledge.
* Communicate responsibly, clearly, and professionally.
* Exhibit excellent physical condition and stamina.
